Job Description

We are looking for a talented real estate cold caller to continue to scale our real estate firm. We are providing salary, + bonus, and on-going training and opportunities to grow with our company. Job task includes making over 300+ calls a day and generating leads per day to our sales team. We are looking for a fast learner, goal oriented, English spoken and hard working VA to be part our team. Based off of production we will provide a bonus per deal closed of $50 to our staff.

Hours of operations:

10 AM to 7 PM, with 1 hour lunch break. (U. S Eastern time) Monday- Friday.

Requirements: Must have computer or laptop, Internet connection and phone headset.

Qualifications: Must have great superb communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, time management, and great phone skills. Self-motivated, Positive attitude, and Coachable

1. Intro:

Hi this is (your name) How are you doing?

I’m calling because I saw my partner had reached out to you about your property and I wanted to follow up and see if you had any interested in selling that now or in the near future?

2. Setting expectations:

Great, so what I would like to do is take about 5-10 minutes so that I can ask you more specific questions about the property like age of the roof, AC, things like that……

After that, I will talk with our partners and they will let me know what the property qualifies for. All I ask from you is that you are able to make a confident Yes or No Decision. If it’s something you like to move forward with, GREAT. If not, no big deal. At least we gave it our best shot and you know exactly what your options look like.

3. Price:

What has you thinking about selling right now?

What price did you have in mind to sell for? What’s a ball park figure you would sell the property for? How much do you need in your pocket to walk away with?

4. Road blocks:

Would any be upset that you did not speak with them first before making the decision to sell this property?

One thing people love about working with us is that we are flexible with our closing timeline. Everyone’s situation is different. Typically we close within 21-24 days. Some people love that other people want more time. What kind of timeline would work best for you and your family?

Let’s assume you like our offer and you decide to move forward, what is the next thing you will have to figure out? If anything?

5. Set expectations- For Next Call.

Okay I believe I have all the information I need right now. I’m going to take about 20-30 minutes to talk with our partners to see what the property qualifies for. Then I will call you back. It usually takes about 5 minutes to let you know what it looks like to work with us and let you know what the property qualifies for. All I ask from you is that you make a confident yes or no decision and No is perfectly ok. With that being said, do you have any other questions for me?
