Real Estate Cold Caller

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our real estate team as Cold Callers. As a Cold Caller, you will play a critical role in generating leads and building relationships with potential real estate clients through outbound cold calling efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our real estate business and expand your skills in sales and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted lists of potential real estate clients
• Introduce our company’s services and offerings to prospects
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their real estate needs
• Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for our sales team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, conversations, and lead information in our CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and real estate offerings to effectively communicate with prospects
Requirements:
• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM software or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and terminology is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
