Position Overview:
As a Cold Caller with Home Solutions, you’ll be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, using your communication skills to connect with potential clients, uncover their needs, and guide them towards our solutions. Your role is pivotal in expanding our footprint and helping us reach new markets.
Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to identify potential clients.
Utilize persuasive communication to engage and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments for our sales team by effectively communicating our value proposition.
Document all interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets.
Requirements:
1+ year(s) of cold calling experience, preferably in real estate.
Exceptional communication skills in English; Spanish fluency is a significant plus.
Proficiency with CRM systems and experience with dialers.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow up consistently.
A track record of being a persuasive closer.
Ability to work independently, follow complex instructions, and be a committed team player.
We Offer:
Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.
Starting salary: $5/hour.
Bonus: $200 for every property purchased due to the cold caller’s efforts, increasing to $600 bonus as more units are originated per month.
