REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER

30+ Hours, Full Time Work.
I’m looking for someone to call for 5-6+ hours/day (at any time) during the hours of 11am to 6pm in the Pacific Time Zone.
I need someone who is diligent, very detail oriented, and will not waste any of my leads. You must speak good English and be willing to keep people on the phone, ask lots of questions, show interest and act curious while on the calls.
WOULD HIGHLY PREFER PEOPLE WHO HAVE DONE REAL ESTATE COLD CALLING.

Top Tasks:
-Call FSBOs, Expired Listings, and Circle Prospect on a triple line-dialer I will provide.
-Log any leads that you have a good conversation with and seem to want to sell
-Keep me up to date on what leads to call that become “Warm Leads”

-Bonuses for setting appointments
-When I grow you grow, I’m looking for someone who will be in the business with me for a long time.
-Monthly Income $600+ potential to earn up to $1000+ a month further down the line.

Pay:
-You will start at lower pay initially ($5-7 an hour), but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses for every deal that closes.
-You will be paid based on hours worked.
-You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.
