As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Cold Callers.

As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for generating leads and setting appointments with potential clients. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who is comfortable making outbound calls to homeowners and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to homeowners and prospects to generate leads.
Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities for our real estate services.
Build and maintain a database of prospects and client information.
Set appointments for our sales representatives with qualified leads.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements:

Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Must speak great English)
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
