Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact listing leads via cold calling, email, and other outreach methods to set appointments for our real estate agents.
Manage and nurture lead databases to ensure a consistent flow of appointments.
Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, follow-ups, and appointment outcomes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and enhance lead quality.
Understand BLUE HAVEN’ value proposition to potential sellers, highlighting how we stand out in the real estate market.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for appointments set and contribute to the team’s overall sales goals.
Stay informed about local real estate market trends and leverage this knowledge in conversations with leads.
Provide detailed reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to management.
Requirements:

Experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, with a preference for backgrounds in real estate or related fields.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
