Real Estate Cold Caller / Acquisition Manager

We are looking for 1 highly motivated, disciplined, and dynamic long-term acquisition specialist / lead manager with excellent English skills and real estate cold calling experience that’ll help us bring in more leads and close more deals!

Job Responsibilities:
Do inbound and outbound calls to homeowners
Build rapport and trust with each owner
Successfully provide information of our services to homeowners
Use our scripts fluently and confidently to navigate the conversation
Ask probing questions for clear understanding of the prospect
Handle objections efficiently
Hone in on pain points of homeowners and steer conversation in that direction
Input notes into Calltools
Update dispositions in the system after every call
Follow-up and maintain excellent relationship with clients
Listen and evaluate voicemails
Report daily back to management about updates of leads or any questions
Attend weekly required trainings

Required Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills
Minimum of 3 years work experience in cold calling
Minimum of 3 years work experience in Real Estate
Experience in Calltools is preferred
Positive attitude, passionate, and committed about helping others
Able to read people’s emotions through their voices and respond appropriately
Able to follow instructions, process, and company policies
Outstanding organizational, and time management skills
Ability to learn quickly and take constructive criticism

Work Requirements:
30 hours per week to work in our US Eastern Standard Time
6-hour shifts 5 days a week
Laptop or desktop
Very stable internet connection
Noise-canceling headset

Salary: 3-5 USD/hour
