Real Estate Cold Caller and Appointment Setter
We are a real estate wholesaling company based out of Texas USA. We currently have an opening on our team for a Cold Caller. Please see the details below.
Primary tasks
– Call a list of property owners via an internet based dialer software to understand if they are interested in selling their property; gather key information about the property; set up a phone appointment between them and our acquisition manager
– Manage the status update for each lead by maintaining detailed records in CRM
– We will provide the list of leads, software, and related training
Requirements:
– Exceptional spoken English with an American accent. **This is absolutely a must. Please DO NOT apply if you cannot meet this requirement.**
– Extremely hard working and strong working ethic
– Ability to stick to a detailed script, but also be able to control the flow based on the actual conversation via great people skills
– Reliable and dedicated working space, and have a computer with high speed Internet
Experience:
– At least 1-year experience in cold calling with an internet based dialer software
Time and Compensation:
– 24 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday through Saturday, US time)
– Need to work at US time (9AM to 1PM EST each day)
– $4 per hour base salary; an additional $5 bonus for each successfully booked and connected appointment
