Real Estate Cold Caller and Lead Manager

Job Description:
Our real estate firm is seeking a Real Estate Lead Manager to join our team and assist us in following up with seller leads. As a Real Estate Lead Manager, you will be responsible for screening seller leads and ensuring that all necessary information is collected. You will also be responsible for managing schedules and conducting cold calls to reach out to potential sellers.
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily follow-up calls to seller leads and screen them for missing information
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Conduct cold calls to potential sellers to inquire about their interest in selling their property
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with potential clients
Maintain accurate and detailed notes on all calls and appointments
Attend daily meetings at 0600 Eastern Standard Time – Approximately 1hr
Work within the designated time frame of 0900 to 1500 Eastern Standard Time for conducting calls
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry
Must be reliable, tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills
Must be able to speak and write in English fluently
Ability to take notes accurately and effectively
Must be detail-oriented and accountable
Must be easy-going and a team player
Ability to manage schedules and multitask
Work knowledge of Podio, Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time based on performance. There is a potential for bonuses based on sales performance and referrals. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
