We need an experienced real estate cold caller.
Simple job. Not an easy one. Part time. Not full time.
Why not full time? Quite simply because calling 8 hours straight on the phone is not fun.
Part time hours but potential for full time pay! $800 target total compensation per month.
You will only have to work 5 hours a day, Mon – Fri, or 25 hours per week!
Responsibilities:
– Complete outbound calls to homeowners and loosely follow a simple script methodology (TTP)
– Answer inbound calls to do the same (inbound calls are just a result of call backs from your dialing)
– Have the confidence and experience not to need scripts, just the knowledge to assess the 4 Ps
– Handle objections efficiently (we have some common rebuttals scripted if needed)
– Properly disposition calls on our CRM system (this is critical)
– Promptly push any interested leads the acquisitions manager or team lead
– Provide end of day summary report
Qualifications:
– Confidence to start and hold a conversation with potentially rude and abrasive property owners
– Able to read people’s emotions through their voices and respond appropriately
– Able to handle objections effectively
– Able to recognize sarcasm and mock interest
– Motivated, disciplined, coachable, trainable, and reliable
– Experience with a real estate dialer such as mojo, call tools, batch dialer
– Experience with TTP or other acquisitions framework
Work Details:
– 25 hours per week / 2 days off
– Fixed daily schedule, Mon – Fri 2pm to 7pm ET
– Salary: $75 USD paid weekly ($3 per hour)
– Spot bonuses any time we close a deal from your leads
System/equipment requirements:
– Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
– Stable internet connection of at least 3 MBPS
– Backup workstation (preferred)
– Backup internet (pocket wifi)
– USB noise-canceling headset
