We are currently in search of a self-motivated, self-driven and energetic as a PART TIME / FULL TIME – APPOINTMENT SETTERS / COLD CALLERS to join our exciting team. In this role, you’ll be engaging with prospects in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their situation and providing relevant information. We are a real estate investment company in the US. Your primary task will involve outbound calls to prospective clients, offering them valuable insights regarding our services. The ultimate objective is to schedule appointments and generate qualified leads that will be passed on to for further engagement.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Engaging with prospects in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to the property status and asking relevant information.
2. Qualifying leads by asking pertinent questions to determine their level of motivation, equity, and urgency to sell their property.
3. Verifying and recording accurate information about prospects, including their contact details, property address, asking price, condition, and reason for selling.
4. Maintaining a database of leads, keeping it updated and organized for easy retrieval and follow-up.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
1. Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing, specifically in the real estate industry, is a must.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade prospects and overcome objections over the phone.
3. Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor responses accordingly.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
5. Knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and best practices (preferred).
6. Ability to work the graveyard shift – Philippine Time (Part Time : 5 hours)
7. There will be a 2 weeks probation before you’ll be hired permanently.

1. Own laptop/PC
2. USB Noise-canceling headset
3. Stable internet connection (LAN/Fibr) internet backup such as Pocket WiFi or Mobile Hotspot
