POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic short-term rental business team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in lead generation and cold calling. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Generate real estate leads for short-term rental cohosting opportunities
-Cold call real estate leads
-Proactively maintain CRM
-Provide daily reports on the status of each lead after being reached out to
-Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the team with various ad hoc projects and tasks to contribute to the business’s overall success.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
-Previous experience as a virtual assistant in real estate cold calling and lead generation space
-Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with proper grammar.
-Problem solver and quick thinker
-Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
-Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and tools quickly.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to acquiring new clients for the business
-Be fully available and reliable during your working shift hours.
-Have a reliable computer and microphone and internet connection at all times. Voice must not be delayed or chopping during the call
-Be available for working shifts during times between 8:00AM to 5:00PM pacific standard time

NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
-Knowledge and experience in cold calling software: OpenPhone
-Knowledge and experience in CRM software: Podio, etc
-Knowledge and experience in project management software: Asana
-Knowledge and experience in communication software: Slack
-Knowledge and experience in productivity software: Notion
