Key Responsibilities:
– Cold Calling: Proactively make calls to prospective clients to verify contact information and gauge interest in our real estate services.
– Information Gathering: Accurately collect and record essential details about properties, homeowners, and their circumstances regarding the potential sale.
– CRM Management: Diligently input and manage all client information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
– Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with clients to maintain engagement, address any questions or concerns, and move leads through the sales funnel.
– Objection Handling: Skillfully overcome objections and barriers during conversations to keep potential clients interested and engaged.
– Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, transitioning leads from cold to warm, and warm to hot.
– Sales-Driven Mindset: Leverage a commission/bonus structure that rewards high performance and a sales-oriented approach.

**Qualifications:**
– Excellent verbal communication skills with high proficiency in English.
– Experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in data entry.
– Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
– Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
