Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized virtual assistant with exceptional verbal and written communication to assist with our direct to seller marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out via cold calls and text campaigns to potential motivated sellers looking for prospects willing to sell their house, qualifying leads, and managing the flow of qualified contacts to appointments and follow up. There will be personalized training however previous experience and/or the ability to hit the ground running is a must

Responsibilities:
-GENERATE 2 Leads/Shift Cold Calling
-Research and identify potential motivated sellers through various online platforms
-Contact potential motivated sellers via cold call to qualify leads and gather information
-Manage and organize a database of qualified leads
-Assist with the follow-up and communication with qualified leads
-Set appointments for acquisition team
-Provide regular updates on the progress of lead generation efforts
-Be willing to take on new projects and grow with the company
-Be a problem solver, if the system is not working, lets find a solution.
Qualifications:
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Must speak confidently in English
-Sales/Cold cold call marketing experience
-Experience with online marketing and lead generation
-Strong research and organizational skills
Experience with CRM software is a plus
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Real estate background is a plus
-Digital marketing background would be a plus
This is a remote, part-time position with the opportunity for growth. The schedule is flexible, but the candidate must be available to complete work during USA Central Time (CST) hours of 8:00am-8:00pm.
