JOIN OUR WORK FROM HOME TEAM AS A REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER
HYPR Service, previously known as HYPR Assistants/VAoCity, is currently seeking full-time Real Estate Cold Callers. We are in search of motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our rapidly expanding and compassionate team. Our team not only provides top-notch Real Estate cold calling services to clients but also fosters a supportive environment for proactive Virtual Assistants who aspire to achieve more.
As a Cold Caller in this role, your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls and responding to incoming inquiries from potential clients. This position centers around reaching out to individuals who have had no prior contact with our company, to identify their interest in selling their homes. The ultimate objective is to successfully convert these calls into contacts, turning them into qualified and interested leads, and scheduling appointments for our Acquisitions/Lead Intake or Follow-Up Specialists.
Qualifications
• Strong communication abilities are a requirement.
• A minimum of 6 months of prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Call Center Agent is necessary.
• Candidates should be currently unemployed and actively seeking a full-time position.
• Candidates should be able to work for 8 hours a day within a varying schedule ranging from 9 AM EST to 10 PM EST.
Compensation Details
• You will receive compensation at a rate of $2 per hour during the 6-day training period, which will be provided once you are matched with a client and actively engaged in operations.
• Following the training and when actively working in operations, the starting hourly wage will be $3 for the initial 30 days.
• Following the initial period, the standard hourly wage will be $4.
• The work schedule consists of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
• Payments will be made bi-weekly through Wise/Payoneer.

Technical Requirements
• Laptop or PC (with a processor of i3 or higher, and at least Windows 10 operating system)
• Stable wired internet connection (with a speed exceeding 20 Mbps for both download and upload)
• Backup computer (an alternative device ready for immediate use in case your primary PC encounters issues)
• Backup internet source (an alternative internet connection or location to switch to in case your primary connection experiences problems)
• USB noise-canceling headset
• Webcam
