Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller / Prospector to join our dynamic real estate investment team. As a Cold Caller / Prospector, you will play a crucial role in identifying and reaching out to potential real estate leads and prospects to drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on generating new leads and building a pipeline of potential investment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound cold calls to property owners, landlords, distressed property owners, and other potential leads to introduce our real estate investment services and assess their interest and needs.
Qualifying Leads: Conduct thorough qualification of leads by gathering essential information such as property details, motivation level, and financial standing to determine their potential as investment prospects.
Maintaining Database: Record all interactions, updates, and outcomes of calls and prospecting activities in the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to provide them with relevant information and support their efforts in converting prospects into successful investment deals.
Targets and Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, calls made, appointments set, and overall contribution to the company’s growth.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and skill development activities to enhance cold calling techniques, market knowledge, and overall prospecting abilities.
Qualifications:
Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate investment principles and terminology.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to engage prospects effectively.
Persistence: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, determined attitude during cold calling.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage leads and follow-up activities efficiently.
Results-Oriented: Track record of achieving or surpassing targets and metrics in previous roles.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or certifications in sales, marketing, or real estate will be advantageous.
Working Conditions:
This position is 100% remote. Cold calling activities may require extended periods of time on the phone.
