*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Lead Identification and Research:* Proactively research and identify potential seller leads in the Australian real estate market. Utilize various sources to gather contact details and relevant information.
2. *Outbound Calling:* Engage in outbound calling campaigns to reach out to identified seller leads. Use persuasive communication skills to introduce our services and generate interest in scheduling property appraisals.
3. *Lead Qualification:* Qualify seller leads by understanding their motivation, timeline, and property details. Gather necessary information to determine the readiness for a property appraisal.
4. *Appointment Conversion:* Effectively transition qualified leads into booked property appraisal appointments. Overcome objections and build rapport to secure commitment from sellers.
5. *Data Management:* Accurately record lead details, interactions, and appointment bookings in our CRM system. Ensure data integrity and completeness for future follow-up and analysis.
6. *Continuous Improvement:* Continuously refine calling strategies and approaches based on feedback and performance metrics. Collaborate with the team to share insights and best practices for lead conversion.
