Real Estate Cold Caller Virtual Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of success in cold calling.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our company and products/services.
Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Follow up with prospects via phone and email to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Continuously learn about our products and services to be able to answer questions and overcome objections effectively.
Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, appointment setter, lead generation, or telemarketing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a great phone presence
Fluency in the English language is a crucial aspect of effective communication, especially in a sales role that involves cold calling potential clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be proactive in achieving targets.
A positive attitude, persistence, and a strong desire to succeed.
This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

The working hours for this position are between 10 am EST to 7 pm EST, from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on the company’s preference.
