Real Estate Cold Caller with Follow-Up Boss Experience

Job Description
We are looking for experienced Real Estate Cold Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling while also leveraging digital marketing strategies to enhance outreach and engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine traditional sales techniques with innovative digital marketing approaches to drive business growth and client acquisition.

Real Estate experience is preferred, but not required.

Daily Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further discussion with sales representatives.
Maintain a high volume of outbound calls daily to meet targets and objectives.

Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to support lead-generation efforts.
Utilize email marketing, social media platforms, and other digital channels to nurture leads and enhance brand visibility.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies for better results.
Lead Management:

Manage and update CRM (Follow-Up Boss) system with lead information and activity details.
Follow up on warm leads generated through digital marketing efforts to convert prospects into clients.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Coordinate with the sales team to align cold calling activities with overall sales goals.
Provide regular reports on cold calling and digital marketing performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements
Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree
Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
Social media management and/or marketing experience
Photo and video editing and graphic design experience
Experience using any Customer Relationship Management software, Follow Up Bpss, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite tools
Must be willing to do outbound calls
Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)

Compensation and Benefits
– Up to Php 42,500 a month (Based on experience)
