REAL ESTATE COLD CALLERS NEEDED

Premier real estate investment firm seeking a super sharp, Virtual rock star cold calling specialist that can produce results and generate leads.

Full-TimeCompensation: Php 24,190/mo to Php 32,223/mo plus commissions
Here’s who you are: Detail oriented, diligent, reliable, incredibly friendly, so friendly it would be hard to stop speaking with you! Driven by commissions and the need to generate a lead. Intuitively good with numbers and basic accounting, but no accounting degree is necessary. Previous lead and database management experience is a plus. You should be comfortable with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Attend company set appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the seller in a position for us to close
Make cold calls to sellers to develop new leads
Must be able to cold call prospects daily and generate seller leads
Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
Must use the dialer system or be willing to learn how to
Ability to work from home and still be highly productive
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successful negotiations with sellers
Ability to keep a job and meet or exceed sales goals
Confidence talking to someone you are calling for the first time like you have been lifelong friends

This person is teachable and always trying to improve themselves by reading books, watching videos, reading blogs, or whatever means necessary. For every 100 homes that are sold in Charlotte about 5 of them do not follow the traditional “list it with a Realtor” route. The reasons for this are varied – property not inhabitable, estate property, property has not been remodeled in many years and is in poor condition, must sell fast, inherited property, tired landlord, crappy tenants, etc. The list goes on and on. These are motivated sellers with problem properties.
Believe it or not, several THOUSAND homes and sellers have these issues in metro Charlotte, and several THOUSAND homes are sold every year in metro Charlotte that are not listed by a Realtor. Property Buyers Nationwide mission is simple: create value for as many of these motivated sellers as possible by buying their homes and helping them move on to the next stage of their life.
Property Buyers Nationwide was founded in 2018 in order to buy homes from these folks who don’t want to list with a Realtor. We are not Realtors. We are real estate investors. Since then we have bought, renovated, and sold over 100 homes in metro Charlotte. We’re pretty good at this business.

We buy homes, renovate them, and resell them to retail buyers.
