Job Description

Florida based real estate investing team is seeking a motivated and talented Cold Caller/Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team.

The primary responsibility of the SDR will be to call the leads we provide, screen them following our proven scripts, collect information and if they pass our screening, schedule meetings with our account executives.

What is needed is someone with a hunger and desire to work and earn. The ideal person for this job needs to be somewhat of a workaholic. The position pays very well. We need someone that wants a long-term, stable position.

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and have a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and qualify leads by asking specific questions from our script via the phone

• Use a consultative approach to educate potential customers on our services, and help them understand how our solutions can solve their issues

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and activities in our CRM system. Currently we’re using BatchLeads, BatchDialer and Podio.

If you are good on the phone, can follow scripts, have experience with data entry and great communication skills, then this is an exciting opportunity for you!

Pay is an hourly base + commission once the deal is closed. There is room for growth within the company if desired.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for the job must be able to do the following;

1. Start work ASAP (as early as August 7th but no later than August 21st 2023)

2. Fluent in spoken and written English and be very easy to understand

3. Calling hours are from 8am to 8pm EST Monday Through Saturday. We are open to hiring both Full Time and Part Time for this position. No less than 20 hrs/week for Part Time work. Prime calling hours are between 3pm and 8pm EST.

4. A hard worker who almost never misses work

5. Be motivated by Salary + Commission and willing to work hard to make themselves and the company profitable.

6. Have experience with speaking to clients on the phone

7. Install TimeDoctor so we can track your work

8. Have a reliable, fast internet connection and backup power

9. Have a quiet home office with a quality headset and webcam (for Zoom calls)

10. Be able to watch tutorial videos and follow simple step-by-step instructions

4. List your requested monthly salary in Filipino Pesos (Not USD). The pay range for this position (depending on experience) is up to P90,000.00/month Base + Commission.

We pay weekly on Mondays. You will receive your first payment 2 weeks after beginning work. After that, it’s weekly.

For example:
– work done between August 6 to August 12 will be paid on August 21st, 2023
– work done between August 13 to August 19 will be paid on August 28th, 2023
– and so on

5. Include Your Skype ID

6. Give the time range daily when you will be available for an audio interview. The time needs to be anytime between 9am and 3pm Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday
