Real Estate Cold Calling: 40 Hours a week
Must be proficient in Real Estate cold calling, Adding Customers to Database, Filter out non interested customers and take good notes on each interaction with clients.
You will reach out to potential leads through a dialer system through Mojo and follow a simple script to move clients to the next process in booking another appointment to talk about their real estate needs whether it be buying or selling. We will train you how to use the dialer and add clients into our database. Practice attached script for your interview
Hours for Cold calling will be from Wednesday- Sunday 1pm MST to 9pm MST. (mountain Standard Time)
List of sellers you would be calling
We will teach you how to use mojo to call the following neighborhoods
Call to find Distressed properties
Call 20 years plus ownership Properties (they have the most equity and usually have a higher desire to sell)
Just Sold in the area ( Near our latest closing “Hey we just sold down the street are you looking to sell?”
If you want a higher chance of getting hired Write Porsche at top of application to be considered for this position.
Under contract in the area( We just got this property under contract at this price are you looking to sell?
Buyers Script “Hey I have a buyer qualified for this price are you or anyone you know interested in selling?

5. Great, well what I’d like to do and I really don’t mind, is do a price analysis on the property, email you the results and if the numbers make sense, we can talk about possibly getting together to discuss a plan to get the property sold, sound fair?
6. Perfect, what’s the best email for you typically?
7. Great, I just have a few questions about the property so I can be as accurate as possible with the analysis without seeing the home:
a. Any major updates that would impact the value of the property?
b. Finished basement?
c. Garage?
