Merit Coast Connect is on the hunt for a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Real Estate Cold-Calling Specialist to join our growing team. We are a wholesale real estate firm with a strong commitment to helping homeowners sell their homes quickly and effortlessly.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Cold-Calling Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential sellers, building relationships, and presenting our unique proposition. You will play an integral role in expanding our client base and helping us continue to provide superior service.

In our real estate organization, your role will involve reaching out to potential leads, sharing information about our services, and nurturing these leads into appointments!

Responsibilities:

– Lead Generation: You will work with various lead lists, including those generated from our marketing campaigns, purchased lists, and public records. Your task is to filter and qualify these leads based on their potential interest in our offerings.
– Cold Calling: You will make outbound calls to these leads, aiming to hit daily targets of around 50-75 calls. Each call should last approximately 0-7 minutes, giving you enough time to introduce yourself and gauge the lead’s interest.
– Leave Voicemails: Leave a quality voicemail to trigger callbacks
– Send Text Msgs: Send Text messages to reach potential clients and trigger a response
– Relationship Building: Using your excellent communication skills, you’ll build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and persuasively introduce our real estate services.
– Scheduling Appointments: One of your key objectives is to schedule appointments for our real estate acquisitions manager. This is who will make the offer!
– Follow-Up: You will also be responsible for following up with leads who’ve shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment or closed a deal.
– Record Keeping: Accurately documenting each call, including lead contact information, the outcome of the call, and any follow-up actions, in our CRM system.

Requirements:

– Some experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Strong ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong Internet Connection
– Must have a skype username
– Must have a Laptop/Computer
– Full-Time

Your success will be measured by the number of quality leads you generate, the number of appointments you schedule, the number of calls made, and number of contacts made.

Training and Development Requirements
While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, we provide comprehensive training to all new hires. This includes product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM software training. We also have daily, weekly, and quarterly ongoing development through regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.

Compensation Structure
We offer your base pay along with a bonus structure based on the number of appointments scheduled and quality leads generated. Additionally, top performers are recognized and rewarded with bonuses and other incentives.

This role is demanding but offers great rewards for those with the tenacity and drive to succeed. If you’re a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a knack for persuasive selling, we’d love to work with you.

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.
