We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to join our real estate team. As a Cold Calling Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by reaching out to potential clients who have may have interest in selling their houses. Your primary responsibility will be to set appointments for our sales representatives to follow up with and close the deals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to real estate leads who have expressed interest in selling their properties.
Engage in persuasive and professional conversations to build rapport with potential clients and gather essential information about their properties.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and value proposition to potential clients, overcoming objections and concerns.
Determine the motivation and timeline of potential clients to assess their readiness to sell.
Accurately and thoroughly document lead information, conversations, and appointments in our CRM system.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our sales representatives, ensuring proper handoff and seamless transition.
Follow up with potential clients who require additional information or nurturing before scheduling appointments.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide regular updates on lead quality and appointment scheduling progress.
Stay informed about current real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Continuously improve your knowledge and skills related to real estate sales and cold calling techniques.
Requirements:
Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional phone demeanor.
Proven ability to build rapport with potential clients and establish trust quickly.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to address client concerns effectively.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
