Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Lead Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and nurturing leads that enter our system. The primary focus of this role is to build and cultivate relationships with homeowners who have expressed interest in selling their properties. This key position requires a candidate with 2-5 years of real estate experience, a strong command of the English language, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Handle and organize incoming leads efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.

Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain relationships with potential sellers, understanding their needs and providing relevant information about our services.

Communication: Communicate effectively with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about current real estate market trends, pricing, and other factors that may impact potential property sales.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:

2-5 years of Real Estate Experience: Proven track record in real estate, with a focus on lead management and client relations.
Fluent in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Customer-Centric: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address the needs of potential clients.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and client requirements.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant real estate tools.
