As a leading real estate company in the United States, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a Real Estate Compliance Transaction Reviewer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all our transactions adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Transaction File Review: Meticulously review transaction files for compliance, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
2. Feedback and Communication: Provide clear and constructive feedback on contracts with issues. Communicate effectively with office managers to gather and understand compliance rules.
3. Accounting and Documentation: Work closely with the accounting system to accurately enter transaction details. Ensure all paperwork is in order and meets compliance standards.
4. SOP Development and Execution: Collect compliance rules from office managers, write them up into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs/process checklists), and ensure these SOPs are followed diligently in reviewing transactions.
5. Customer Interaction: Engage directly with real estate brokers, discussing document review questions and clarifying operational questions through meetings and calls.

Who You Are:
• A professional experienced in handling paperwork or legal documents, real estate transaction coordination, or in a compliance role.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in reviewing paperwork.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable in customer-facing roles and able to convey complex information clearly.
• A proactive problem-solver, capable of writing and implementing effective SOPs.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience in real estate compliance, transaction review, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using accounting systems and transaction management software.
• Ability to write process checklists.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Availability during US business hours, central standard time
• Hiring engagement will be as an independent contractor via an agency. You must be legally set up to work as an independent contractor in your country.
