We are a rapidly expanding company and the only one in the industry that provides a solo Real Estate Agent with a Business Growth System and manages it for them.

We manage their CRM and Database that integrates to a Follow-Up Call Center so that no lead is lost, resulting in more closings for our Clients. Our clients are the top-performing Real Estate Agents in the United States and Canada!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Executing on the Agent Onboarding Project Plans
**Training Agents on their CRM and phone apps
**Agent support
**Communicating with the team to ensure meeting the timelines
**Excellent Communications with the Agents to support a positive and efficient onboarding experience
**Creating and updating the company Standard Operating Procedures
**Assist in improving and maintaining systems throughout the organization

QUALIFICATIONS:
**Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and good with managing timelines
**Tech savvy and able to learn new programs quickly
**Have a high-level accuracy with documents
**Exceptional communications skills both verbal and written
**Strong project management skills
**Self-starter with the ability to work independently

REQUIREMENTS:
**Bachelor’s Degree
**Minimum of 3 years of “virtual” Real Estate roles
**Tech-savvy and familiar with a variety of Real Estate platforms a bonus. Nice to have knowledge experience with any of the following: Zoho, and 5Nine management systems
** Minimum high-speed internet connection of 50 MBPS
** Relatively new computer with a minimum memory of 8 GB of RAM and processor speed to perform efficiently
** Dual monitors
** Good quality headset
** Non-distracting homework environment
