Join our innovative real estate team based in the San Francisco Bay area as a dedicated Real Estate Customer Service Representative. We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong background in customer service and a good understanding of the real estate sector. Your primary role will involve engaging with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting them in achieving their real estate objectives. We have a database of over 22,000 people whom we’d like for you to outreach to.

Key Responsibilities:

Regularly contact clients to inquire about their satisfaction and real estate needs.
Invite clients to our various real estate events.
Respond to client inquiries with informed and helpful solutions.
Effectively manage client interactions using CRM tools.
Engage in activities like cold calling, client nurturing, and follow-up communications.
Utilize provided scripts to effectively communicate and support clients.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the real estate industry.
Proficiency in CRM systems, VOIP services, and telecommunication tools such as Google Voice and Skype.
Outstanding English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of Google GSuite, Chime/Lofty CRM, or similar platforms.
Full-time availability with a stable and fast internet connection.
Ability to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
Desirable Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships.
