The Role: Real Estate Customer Service Manager
As the backbone of our client services team, you’ll be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for exceptional support. This role is perfect for those who excel in a structured, fast-paced environment and have a knack for juggling multiple tasks without missing a beat.

Key Responsibilities:
Seamlessly manage client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and timely responses.
Coordinate appraisal appointments, optimizing resources and scheduling.
Maintain precise client records and support our team with organized documentation.
Embrace our CRM system and MS Office suite to keep our operations smooth.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Brings proven customer service experience, ideally in the US real estate or appraisal sectors.
Thrives on organization, attention to detail, and clear communication.
Is eager to learn and quickly adapts to new systems and standards.
Is self-motivated, systematic, and thrives in a collaborative setting.

Must-Haves:
At least 5 years of experience in US property customer services.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not compulsory; equivalent experience is valued.
