We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with experience in real estate customer support. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, proven experience in real estate customer support, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong organizational and time-management skills, and can provide excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Proven experience in real estate customer support
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proactive and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with real estate software is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service to clients
Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline.
Handling customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set
Schedule appointments with buyers and/or sellers
Assisting clients with their real estate needs, such as property viewing, documentation, and other related tasks
Coordinating with real estate agents, title companies, and mortgage brokers
Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
Providing support to the sales team as needed

Compensation:
Basic salary with incentive pay/commission pay based on the performance.
