Real Estate Data Analysis and KVCore Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Real Estate Data Analysis and KVCore Customer Relationship Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and provide exceptional customer relationship management using the KVCore platform.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

Collect, analyze, and interpret real estate data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to the management team
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data analysis
KVCore CRM Management:

Oversee the management and optimization of the KVCore CRM system
Configure and customize KVCore to meet the needs of the organization and individual agents
Train agents and staff on effective use of the CRM system
Ensure accurate and complete data entry and maintenance in the CRM
Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, data analytics, or real estate
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with real estate CRM platforms, particularly KVCore
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
Knowledge of real estate market trends, terminology, and industry practices
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
