Job Description

We are a USA-based real estate entrepreneurial organization specializing in the acquisition and resale of vacant land parcels across the United States. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in data analysis and web-based research, and who has an interest in the real estate industry.

This is a remote position with flexible hours, requiring excellent self-management and discipline. Regular virtual meetings with the company owner will be part of the expected weekly routine.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle administrative tasks related to real estate transactions, including document preparation and correspondence.

Administrative Support: Organize and maintain files, documents, and databases related to real estate investments. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the company owner.

Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries from clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

Market Research: Conduct detailed web-based research to identify potential land parcels for acquisition. Prepare reports and presentations with findings and recommendations. Analyze various data points such as location, market trends, property values, and demographic information to assess the viability of land parcels.

Financial Management Support: Help in managing financial records, including invoicing, and expense tracking.

Transaction Coordination: Support the real estate transaction process, including document preparation, compliance checks, and coordination with lawyers, agents, and other parties involved in transactions.

Marketing and Social Media: Assist in marketing efforts, including creating marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and updating the company website with current listings and news.

Project Management: Oversee specific projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and specifications.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably in real estate or a related field.

Strong proficiency in data analysis and web-based research.

Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and/or Google Office products including Sheets.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Prior experience in real estate or a related field is highly desirable.

Basic understanding of real estate terminology and transaction processes.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are a plus.
