We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Data Analyst Virtual Assistant to join our Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting real estate data to support our decision-making process. The VA will work closely to help us understand specific data needs, and will be responsible for delivering accurate and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and analyze data on sales, acquisitions, trends, and occupancy
Value residential and commercial real estate utilizing DCF, direct capitalization, sales comparison, and cost analysis
Develop property level cash flow projections and financial analyses, utilizing excel, for the disposition assets.
Perform the majority of all trades relate to flipping a home
Collect and organize real estate data from various sources.
Analyze and interpret real estate data using Excel and any data analytics tools, such as python, Tabeau, MS Power BI, etc.
Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings.
Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and property values.
Provide excellent support to the department.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
Familiarity with real estate data and terminology.
Proficiency in Excel, especially vLookup and Pivot Table.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in Real Estate industry is a plus.
Education in a related field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science is preferred but not required.
