The right candidate will be central to developing innovative digital marketing campaigns, including Google PPC, Google YouTube ads, Facebook and Instagram retargeted ads, creating compelling lead pages, and designing custom mail pieces such as postcards and brochures. You’ll play a crucial role in amplifying our brand, attracting and engaging prospective clients, and driving forward our business goals with cutting-edge marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and execute a results-focused digital marketing strategy, integrating SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and leads with carefully curated keyword strategies and compelling ad copy.
Design, test, and optimize lead pages on our website for maximum conversion, aligning with our brand image and campaign objectives.
Utilize graphic design skills to create unique print marketing materials, including postcards and brochures, that effectively represent our brand and listings.
Spearhead retargeting campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, ensuring our brand remains top-of-mind for potential clients.
Analyze performance data across all digital campaigns, utilizing insights to refine strategy and enhance return on investment.
Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing customized marketing support for high-value listings.
Monitor budget allocations for digital initiatives, ensuring optimal resource distribution for maximum impact.
Stay abreast of latest digital marketing trends and real estate marketing best practices, continuously refining our approach to maintain industry leadership.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field, with a strong preference for specialization in digital marketing.
Solid track record in digital marketing roles, with experience in real estate marketing highly regarded.
Expertise in a range of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and graphic design software.
Demonstrated ability to craft and manage content across different mediums, with an emphasis on digital content.
Strong project management capabilities, capable of working under pressure and juggling multiple projects with ease.
