REAL ESTATE | Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking to bring on a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth for our real estate training and coaching programs by developing and managing effective marketing funnels using Kajabi. This role focuses on attracting and nurturing prospects, increasing enrollments, and enhancing revenue. The Funnel Manager will create engaging digital experiences, align marketing efforts with business objectives, and contribute to the long-term success of our company in the real estate industry.

Design, build, and manage marketing funnels specifically for real estate training, coaching, and agent attraction.
Develop comprehensive strategies to attract, engage, and convert prospects using Kajabi.
Analyze market trends and audience behavior to refine and optimize funnel strategies.
Set up and manage courses, membership sites, and email marketing campaigns on Kajabi.
Create and configure landing pages, sales pages, and other digital assets within Kajabi.
Monitor and update content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure funnel effectiveness.
Generate detailed reports on funnel performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Conduct A/B testing to identify and implement the most effective strategies.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with Kajabi
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Experience in SEO, copywriting, email marketing campaigns, and an expertise in various social media channels
Experience in managing and growing a brand’s presence across major social media channels, including targeted advertising.
Skills in designing effective email marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy adjustments.
