EXPERIENCED | REAL ESTATE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

SCHEDULE – PST: 7-3 M-F

The Director of Operations at Home Buyers Realty will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing team collaboration. This position requires a growth-minded individual who can innovate processes, contribute to overall growth, and ensure effective communication and performance measurement in line with the established SOP.

Manage email correspondence and optimize calendar schedules.
Implement and oversee research and development efforts, focusing on practical implementation.
Enhance day-to-day operations and system improvements across multiple companies.
Coordinate and collaborate with team members across various projects, ensuring clear communication and effective performance measurement.
Manage project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and provide regular feedback on task completion and quality.
Communication Alignment: Daily Check-Ins with Ron starting at 7:00 a.m. PST via Zoom to discuss tasks, priorities, challenges, and needs.
Response Time Expectations: Set clear response times for different types of inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient collaboration during overlapping work hours.
Task Expectations Alignment: Define success criteria for each task, establish clear priorities, and use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Click to view) for task tracking and feedback.
Feedback Loop: Establish a structured feedback loop for ongoing task evaluation and adjustment, involving key stakeholders to enhance task outcomes and productivity.
