We are hiring a remote real estate disposition representative for EZ RE LLC, a rapidly growing real estate company.
The duties include:
-Pull Propstream lists, upload them to the ReSimpli real estate CRM database.
-Call buyers with our followup system of texting/SMS through Resimpli, calling and saving potential buyers’ information in a database, explaining the current contract price points and estimated value potential offered in their market, and instantly transfer them to EZ RE owner’s phone, or book them into a time window so that the EZRE owner can call them immediately.
-For easier markets or contracts the disposition representative will guide buyers to place bids on a single website that looks like this , connected directly into ReSimply Real Estate CRM for buyer management, and bidding followup.
-The duties will also include basic executive assistant duties to remove daily tasks from the EZ RE owner’s schedule- everything related to back and forth e-mail with title companies to get contracts submitted, earnest money deposited, along with documentation title companies request, and keep communication smooth with transaction coordinators that handle contracts to get them close.
-Schedule photographers in our nationwide network to get photos, manage and order photos, and upload them in Resimpli CRM, and post a listing on our contract sales page .
-Opportunity for advancement into a disposition manager position, as well as inbound interested/pre-qualified lead followup
-There will be bonuses available for contracts closed, and room to grow in pay as well. We want someone that we can work with for years to come, and offer more responsibilities as the company grows. We also want to be sure the potential candidates are comfortable in their roles, growing and learning from the owner’s 10 years sales experience and top performance nationally in USA sales positions as a representative and sales training manger, and we offer daily and weekly training to constantly improve english listening, communication, sales, and customer service skillsets.
-The ideal candidate will think on their feet, solve problems, keep communication and followup smooth for buyers, and help buyers have a clear path to work with transaction coordinators that will manage each contract to close with a title company.
-The disposition representative must be organized with followup tasks in Resimpli CRM, and will also pull propstream lists with clear date and location management for future reference, and we may also add database management for buyers in Investorlift disposition software in the coming months too.
If you are interested in this role where 98%+ of your time will be spent calling lists of buyers to update their information (phone number, cell, e-mail, buy boxes, and recent projects) and pass them to the company owner, or book them into a daily window of time for the company owner, please consider this role. The contracts we offer buyers are very good investment opportunities where they can earn anywhere from $15k to $150k+ in their market in as little as 30-90 days, and buyers are typically very agreeable, kind, and happy to learn about the investment opportunities we are offering, and they are happy to start a lasting relationship with us for future deals.
