Real Estate Disposition Specialist (Vacant Lands Only)

Our company, HYPR Service, is an outsourcing company that aims to provide quality service to US-based clients by recruiting, hiring, training, and managing Real Estate Remote Professionals.

One of our clients flips rural vacant land. Hence, we are looking for a full-time Disposition Specialist to help our client dispose of the land he buys. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience selling real estate in commission-only environments, as well as experience selling vacant land, particularly rural vacant land.

Responsibilities
? Generate and qualify leads
? Develop and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers
? List and market vacant land properties
? Negotiate and close sales
? Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications
? 5+ years of experience selling real estate
? 3+ years of phone sales experience
? Experience working in commission-only sales environments
? Experience selling vacant land, particularly rural vacant land
? Strong sales and negotiation skills
? Ability to work flexibly across different time zones
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Must be able to relate to Rural Land Buyers
? Required Availability between 10 am EST and 5 pm Arizona

?Wired Internet Connection (speed must be above 20 Mbps both DL and UL)
? Backup Computer (any computer you can use immediately in case your main PC fails)
? Backup Internet (any internet source/backup location you can connect to in case your main internet has an issue)
? USB Noise-cancelling Headset
? Webcam
