We are a real estate wholesaling company that gets a ton of inbound calls and messages about our properties. We are looking for someone who is able to pick up calls in real-time throughout the entire day, speak with our buyers, tell them about our properties, and then either mark them down to tour the property or get an offer from them. This role will require a substantial amount of data entry (need to take notes on every call into our CRM) and a substantial amount of being on the phone for calling/texting (you will be the one person responsible for responding to all our buyers in real-time).
PREREQUSITES:
– FLUENT IN ENGLISH
– Proficiency with being on the phone with investors
– Proficiency with using online CRMs for data entry (we use )
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Responding to 100% of inbound calls right when they come in (no missed calls)
– Responding to inbound text messages within 3 minutes
– Ability to quickly pull up property info from our CRM and speak about it over the phone
– Input detailed call logs and data into our CRM after each call and text communication
– Natural at speaking to US-based real estate investors. Must be comfortable speaking about specific details (bed/bath count, square footage, repairs needed, etc.)
– Inputting interested cash buyers’ email and phone number into our master CRM/database
EXEPECTATIONS:
– Available full-time; expected to be online 10 hours a day, 5 days a week (50 hours a week)
– Instant response time when buyer, sellers, or agents call/text
– Instant response time when teammates video chat you via our virtual office
COMPENSATION:
– We will pay an hourly rate. In addition, we will give you a bonus per property that we close.
HOLIDAY POLICY:
– We run off the US calendar and have 6 major federal holidays where our business is closed. On those days, you will still receive full pay.
