5 Star Homebuyers is looking for an experienced cold caller to help locate properties, prospect leads, and get signed contracts with our CRM. We offer a competitive monthly base salary with unlimited potential commissions earnings. Caller’s primary responsibility involves long-distance sales over the phone. An ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business, with a working knowledge of real estate. Candidates must be able to work within a team, while also independently executing sales goals. We are constantly changing and growing with the market using the newest lead generation technology available.
Our main focus is to provide our agents with amazing Culture, Mentoring, Advanced Productivity Tools, Superior Training, and Leads! We offer models designed to meet the needs of every agent at any stage of their career. Previous experience with sales is preferred, but not required.
At 5 Star Homebuyers, as a Real Estate Disposition Manager, you can expect:
Daily coaching/management meetings.
Ongoing daily training, role play, objection training, sales training, etc.
Needs to be available for a part-time position with some weekend availability. .

Seller and buyer leads
Nurture leads to convert to clients and closings
Responsibilities:
Make at least 20 calls per hour. (100 dials per day minimum expectation)
Pass off pre-qualified leads to Acquisition Specialists
Monitor the status of assigned accounts.
Work within a team environment.
Listen attentively when calling.
Know how to use technology to perform the job.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $300.00 per month + very generous bonus structure ($500.00 usd per closed deal!!!)
