Day In The Life
As the Executive Assistant to the team, your job involves a range of responsibilities. You will collaborate with other administrative professionals in the team and undertake tasks related to calendar and email management, event coordination, and travel arrangements. The team already has well-established and effective systems and processes in place.
Additional Areas Of Focus
Client Relations: Your job entails establishing property searches across various platforms, coordinating broker tours and open houses, adhering to checklists, and collaborating with the listing manager, transaction manager, and listing agent. Additionally, you will be responsible for procuring online client reviews for the team.
Marketing Assistance: You will create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and postcards and implement marketing campaigns under the direction of the marketing manager. In addition, you will post content across social media platforms.
Systems Management: You will manage and maintain the CRM on behalf of the team and be responsible for keeping files organized. You will also be responsible for keeping track of the team’s numbers and hold them accountable for following up with leads.

Salary: $1,000 – $1,800 commensurate with experience with an opportunity for a bonus.

Hours: 40 hrs per week.
Location: Remote (Office is based in Mill Valley, CA) You must be available to work between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm PST and have a dedicated work space free from distraction.
