We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our real estate team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be proficient in technology and real estate software, and have a solid understanding of the real estate industry. This is a remote position that requires a self-motivated individual capable of managing tasks efficiently and independently.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to real estate professionals.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Data Entry and Management:
Enter property details, client information, and transactions into the database.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of listings, contracts, and client communications.
Client Communication:
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels.
Assist in responding to client inquiries and providing necessary information.
Marketing Support:
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
Manage social media accounts and coordinate online marketing efforts.
Transaction Coordination:
Support the transaction process by coordinating with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved.
Ensure all necessary documents and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to gather information on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.
Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.
Email and Calendar Management:
Monitor and manage email correspondence.
Organize and maintain schedules and appointments.
Technical Proficiency:
Utilize real estate software, CRM systems, and other tools to streamline processes.
Stay updated on industry-specific technology and tools.
Requirements:
College Graduate
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with the real estate industry and understanding of common terminology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology quickly.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Availability during standard business hours.
