ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
In this specific opportunity, SuperTalent is hiring a Real Estate Executive Assistant to support two high-performing real estate agents in Austin, Texas.
You’ll dually report to the two partners and work closely with each of them to support all aspects of business operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage and update Compass Business Tracker with accurate and up-to-date information.
-Input and update MLS listings with accurate and up-to-date information.
-Assist with managing the agent’s CRM database and keeping it up-to-date.
-Reviewing contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
-Coordinating inspections, photographers, appraisals, and other property-related services.
-Communicating with clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and answer questions.
-Facilitating the flow of information and documentation between all parties involved in the transaction.
-Ensuring that all necessary forms and disclosures are completed and submitted in compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
-Managing and organizing electronic and physical records related to the transaction.
-Assisting with closing procedures and preparing closing documents.
-Manage the agent’s calendar and schedule appointments with clients, prospects, and vendors.
-Organize and maintain all administrative files, including contracts, agreements, and other documents.
-Coordinate and facilitate client showings, open houses, and property tours.
-Email inbox management; manage incoming inquiries, respond to emails, route calls, etc.
-Manage the agent’s QuickBooks account and assist with bookkeeping tasks such as entering expenses, generating invoices, and reconciling accounts.
-Assist with marketing efforts, including creating flyers, social media content, and email campaigns.
-Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and discretion.
Qualifications:
Highly ethical
Experience as an Real Estate Executive Assistant and/or Transaction Coordinator
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
– Must provide own device for training and development
– Minimum RAM: 8GB, 16GB recommended
– Laptop: 8th gen Core i5 or better/AMD Ryzen series
– Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series and above/10th gen Core i3 or higher
– Mac: 2017 Core i5 or higher/2016 Core i7 or higher (Core i3 not recommended)
– Must have suitable work-from-home space in Philippines
– 10 Mbps minimum internet connection
– Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
– Willing to work full-time (40+ hrs/week) during client working hours (US-based client; evening/night in Philippines) Would be available weekends for emergencies. Normal work hours from 9am CST-5pm CST
– Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Office and productivity/project management tools
– Experience with remote/virtual work preferred but not required
– Positive attitude and ability to take initiative

COMPENSATION:
– $1,000 Per Month (paid weekly)
– 100% Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage
– 2.5 Weeks PTO
