Job Description

Executive Assistant to the CEO (Real estate)
*MUST have real estate or Property Management experience!

Responsibilities:
1. Real Estate Operations: Support day-to-day real estate activities and maintain industry knowledge.
2. Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, manage emails, and maintain client records.
3. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content.
4. Visual Content Creation: Edit property photos, design graphics for marketing materials.
5. Appointment Coordination: Schedule property showings, meetings, and ensure preparedness.
6. Client Relations: Act as a point of contact, provide excellent customer service.
7. Communication: Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
* Compile, format, and file monthly reports for the CEO.
*Proofread documents and other office materials
*Database building, entries, and updates / CRM support

Key Skills & Attributes:
– In-depth knowledge of real estate operations and property management.
– Effective appointment scheduling, scheduling of property showings and meetings, Email management and organization and maintaining accurate client records.
– Strategic use of social media platforms, content creation and engagement and responding to inquiries and comments.
– Excellent diary management, time management, and planning skills.
– Excellent Photo editing skills and Graphic design proficiency for marketing materials.
– Attention to detail and accuracy, strong multitasking abilities, ability to work independently.
– Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM software.
– Ability to take the initiative and work independently on projects as needed
– Initiative-taking with the ability to work autonomously and within a remote team environment
