Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, fast working, tech-savvy, real estate admin.

You must be a team player with written, and organizational skills. Along with the ability to learn quickly, and tackle new admin tasks as they come up. We are looking for someone that wants to be part of something great and grow with us. If you change jobs frequently… this isn’t for you. We are looking for someone long term with the desire to grow with the company.

Training provided by us, but must be able to work efficiently from home without supervision.

Compensation:

$4.00-$6.00/hr

Responsibilities:
Send Contracts via DocuSign
Deploy and manage real estate marketing campaigns
Organize internal company marketing list and database
Data Entry
Lead mining
Manage organizational task within CRM
Administrative support to management
Order office supplies
Upload content to social media & YT: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn

Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate would be:
Computer proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Excel, Calendar, etc.)
Excellent at marketing, organization, spreadsheets
Perform basic office tasks
Common sense and good judgment
Teachable and willing to adapt our streamlined processes/systems.
Quick Starter.
1-2 years of marketing experience preferred
1-2 years of administrative work required
Can follow instructions and is detail oriented.
No Real Estate Experience Required but preferred.
High School Diploma. College is not required, but preferred.
Reliable Phone and Internet Connection.
Hours: Monday — Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00pm & some weekend hours

Must Have the Following:

Tech-Savvy: You have the aptitude to learn new programs quickly and are able to troubleshoot common issues. Well versed in Google Office Suite, email marketing, internet navigation and all social media aspects. Knowledge of CRM programs and DocuSign is a plus but not required.

EFFICIENT: No milking the clock in our organization – we have high priority tasks that need to be completed quickly and efficiently.

SUPER Organized: You pay attention to the smallest detail and are able to juggle multiple projects efficiently all while staying focused. You excel at following up and following through and love checklists. You are resourceful and have the ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly. You work well independently,

Proficient in English: Your writing and speaking skills are excellent and reflect a high level of professionalism.

Perfectionist – within reason: You like things done the right way. You operate with a high level of professionalism and present yourself as such. You also understand the importance of accuracy and meeting deadlines.

A People Person: energetic and friendly, you know how to effectively communicate with people verbally and in written form. You are a solutions-oriented person and Keep Calm and Carry On. You are great at empathizing with clients and are great at building and fostering relationships.

The ULTIMATE Team Player: You know that your strengths are best utilized in a supportive role. You bring value to the team. You are creative, innovative, and think outside the box. You are NOT looking at this position as a stepping stone into a real estate sales agent role. You are willing to work 40+ hours per week with evening/weekend flexibility.
