Real Estate Virtual Assistant Posting
SCHEDULE: FULL-TIME; Monday-Friday (West Coast U.S. business hours) Must be able to work U.S. business hours 8-6pm PST

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Virtual Assistant (VA) will take ownership of timely initial contact and ongoing follow up with leads on behalf of California Smart Home PRO and Real Estate Agent / Insurance Agent Partners. Great communication skills (Excellent English) and a positive attitude are a must. Top VA’s manage email inbox, social media/email campaigns and make high volume outbound calls, overcome objections, reinforce California Smart Home PRO and Partners as experts in their field, and are motivated to achieve.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Email inbox management
Compile real estate listings data
Edit and create written reports
Manage email and social media campaigns
Contact Real Estate Agents and leads via outbound dial
Interact with consumers over Email via MS Outlook as well as social media functions
Identify partner/consumer readiness through scripting and Q&A
Schedule follow up calls using Lead Management System LMS
Annotate and appropriately disposition consumer records within LMS
Live transfer ready consumers to CSHP staff
Schedule call-back appointments for CSHP staff
Follow up with partners/consumers to verify a connection is made
Customer Service
Qualifications/Requirements:
Fast internet connection
Willingness to learn about real estate
Follow CSHP Standard Operating Procedures
Employee must be open to work overtime to complete assigned tasks.
Commitment to company values, policies and procedures
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (Excellent English speaking and writing)
Customer Service – the ability to provide and maintain effective and positive communication
Adaptability – an ability to quickly learn new or different techniques, products and computer programs
Problem Solving – an ability to effectively analyze and resolve problems at a functional level
