We are a leading real estate investing firm based out of Dallas Texas seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales Cold Calling Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background with proven experience in cold calling and lead generation. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales ability, and a deep understanding of the real estate market to effectively engage potential clients/prospect. Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and opportunities from a provided list of distress homeowners/prospects.
-Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations over the phone, clearly articulating the value and benefits of our homebuying services.
-Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-up, negotiation, and communication strategies.
-Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline and lead conversion.
-Feedback and Reporting: Provide timely feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a sales cold calling agent, with a strong track record of success in lead generation and sales within the real estate sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone.
Strong understanding of the real estate market and investment strategies.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidate MUST be Open and willing to work during US CST (Central Standard Time) business hours.
