As an Appointment Setter at Skylineio, you play a pivotal role in introducing our groundbreaking AI system to real estate agents. Your primary mission is to engage with potential clients and demonstrate how our AI technology can transform their businesses.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Identify and source leads within the real estate industry, primarily on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
– Utilize our comprehensive training to engage with leads, highlighting the value of our AI system.
– Prioritize engaging with as many leads as possible and scheduling them into our funnel/calendar.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
– A coachable attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
– Self-motivated and highly efficient.
– Excellent time management skills.

**Reporting Structure:**
Throughout your onboarding journey, the person responsible for your enrollment will provide support and guidance, ensuring a smooth transition into your role.
**Compensation:**
– Your journey with us begins on a commission-only basis for the first two weeks.
– Achieve the milestone of booking 10 appointments during this period, and you’ll have the opportunity to transition to a full-time role with a base salary plus commission.
