We are seeking a tenacious Inside Sales Rep with expertise in high ticket and complex sales processes (50-500K purchase price range) to join our fast-growing land flipping company. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional negotiation skills, high-quality English speaking abilities with little detectable accent, and at least 5 years of experience in the BPO industry handling complex sales calls.

The role entails identifying new opportunities by making at least 250 calls a day, going through a complex sales process, answering phone inquiries, and making follow-up calls. The Sales Person will cultivate strong relationships with prospective sellers, manage leads through a CRM platform, and assess property values and industry market data

We are exclusively seeking individuals with actual work experience in outbound sales and real estate, as this is NOT a training opportunity but a job for knowledgeable professionals

Job Duties:
* Conduct a high volume of outbound phone calls to potential customers and provide real-time support through multiple lines of communication, including text messaging, email, online chat, and phone calls.
* Follow a proven sales process with step-by-step scripts to engage prospects and effectively close deals.
* Demonstrate a successful track record of meeting monthly quotas
* Develop ongoing and profitable relationships with customers, maintaining professionalism, integrity, passion, and top-notch communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
* Utilize scripts to provide information about the company’s services, features, prices, etc., and highlight their benefits?
* Ask relevant questions to understand customers’ requirements
* Accurately record customers’ personal information and call notes in a computer system?
* Perform daily outreach activities, cold calling?
* Score leads accurately, ask probing questions, and track progress in the sales pipeline.?
* Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the company’s sales cycle.?
* Schedule consultative appointments.
* Achieve monthly targets.?

Qualifications:
* The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of outbound sales experience, with a proven track record of closing deals?
* They should have at least 2 years of experience working directly with English-speaking customers or prospects and possess strong English language skills in reading, writing, and conversation.?
* Phone sales experience is a must, and the candidate should be comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.?
* They should demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.?
* The candidate should be adept at multitasking and managing prospective customers on a daily basis.?
* A typing speed of at least 35 WPM with a high level of accuracy is required.?
* Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities are essential.?
* Superb negotiation skills are expected.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred.
* The candidate must have a reliable and stable internet connection, as well as their own laptop or desktop computer (no tablets or iPads).
* Additionally, they should be capable of making at least 200 calls per day.
* Candidate must also own their own cellphone (for authentication and other purposes)?
* Understanding of Do-Not-Call Registry compliance?
* Obtaining prior written consent for autodialed calls?
* Identification of the caller and purpose of the call

* Honoring requests to be removed from calling lists
* Compliance with time restrictions for calling (e.g., no calls before 8AM or after 9PM depending on timezone and location of customer)?
* Restrictions on robocalls and automated prerecorded messages.
Software Knowledge:
* Previous experience using a VoIP phone system (e.g., RingCentral, Dial Pad, OpenPhone, etc.)
* Project management software (e.g.,Clickup, etc.)
* Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. – We use Followup Boss
* Knowledge of communication and collaboration platforms – Slack,?
* Ability to utilize productivity and organization tools – Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides), or Trello.??
