Job Summary:
This job position is straightforward in the sense that you basically manage leads in our Salesforce CRM and convert the interested leads into appointments with the acquisition manager who closes the deals. You will be talking to people to see if they are interested in selling a property.

As a Follow-up Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our real estate investment team by being the first point of contact for every lead into our system, and you are responsible for filtering out the bad from good leads. The good leads will be sent to an appointment and the bad will be followed up with by you later. With that being said, you decide what leads get through to Acquisitions, and what leads don’t.

Responsibilities:
-Act as the face of NACOF, engaging directly and building rapport to potential sellers by answering, returning, or doing follow up phone calls and respond to all leads generated in our system.
-Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sellers, ensuring consistent follow-up and effective management of potential deals.
-Manage opportunities by conducting diagnosis calls, negotiating deals, and maintaining priority lists.
-Diligently use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document all interactions, ensuring that every detail of contact and negotiation is tracked and accessible.
-Master our proven sales process through dedication to continuous learning and adherence to best practices in sales strategies.

Qualifications:
-High School diploma and/or Associate’s degree is accepted
-Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
-Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
-1+ years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, real estate sales, or call center experience in a sales environment is highly desired
-Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to qualify leads and set appointments over the phone
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-2+ years of B2C selling minimum (if no real estate experience)

Compensation:
-Monthly base pay.
-This position is eligible for commission on deals closed.
